Exceeded Expectations After having (2) prior G37x leases with this dealer, I decided it was time to own my next car. After extensive searching online, I did not know what to expect after finding a leftover 2013 M37x w/Prem. Pkg on their site. Through the dealer website I was able to easily setup a test drive appointment with Ally - who had the car ready and available for a test drive the following day. She introduced me to Ray, who showed me the car's ins and outs and rode with me in the test drive. Ray was honest and up front about the car's price, and sounding to good to be true, I took advantage of the deal and put down a deposit. Even after thinking about the car for the next 5 days, I was at ease with the initial experience with Ally and Ray - in addition to having (2) prior leases here and my experience with the service department. Ray prepared all the paperwork and got me in touch with Mike, who was able to assist me with financing and payment options. He was very patient and polite during the entire transaction - which was such a relief. In the background, Dennis was getting the car inspected and following up with the service team to ensure it was ready for me. Additionally, Ray assisted with grounding my prior lease and wished me well as I drove off. Now having driven the car off the lot, I can say the experience was truly remarkable.
