Truely a star staff! I've been eyeing an E wagon for some time now, and when I was ready to purchase, it was difficult to find exactly the one I want as inventory is low f I've been eyeing an E wagon for some time now, and when I was ready to purchase, it was difficult to find exactly the one I want as inventory is low for the 2016 models. Russ Ellis was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and negotiated the price online. I'm not sure how much work went behind doing the dealer trade, getting the sales manager to agree on a price for the vehicle, but once we came to the agreement online, all I had to do show up and sign docs! How awesome is that? No awkward negotiations at the dealer, no "let me see what else we can do to agree on a better price" or walking away disappointed because I didn't get my car after spending time at the dealer like my experience at Fletcher Jones. Jane Choi in the Finance Department was also great when completing the final paperwork for the car. I have to say that our experience at Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel has been amazing, from our first point of contact, until the final handshake and even after we got the car home, Russ and the crew at MBLN have definitely provided 5 star service. I would not hesitate to recommend him or his dealer to anyone! More

Great Used Car Buying Experience We were looking for a used SUV this Labor Day Weekend and knew that MBLG might have a well cared for trade in or two. We weren't sure how low the pric We were looking for a used SUV this Labor Day Weekend and knew that MBLG might have a well cared for trade in or two. We weren't sure how low the prices would be though. After all, MBLG is a fancy dealership with top of the line cars. Well, we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of quality used SUV they had; Audi, Lexus, Jeep, Toyota, etc. Magically, they had exactly the car we were hoping to find, with low miles, in the color we wanted, and on sale! We test drove it and were impressed with the immaculate and well cared for vehicle, as well as the politeness and no pressure atmosphere at the dealership. Our salesman, Mark Stueber, was low key, patient and polite, as we made our decision. He even stayed late so we could take a second test drive. Our kids were happy waiting in the beautiful lounge which has a tv and toys for kids. After reaching a deal (calmly and quickly), we were escorted to the Finance Department, where John Maxwell wowed us with his lightning fast, and efficient, financing. This guys must be the fastest and most talented finance guy in the west!! As we left, Mark escorted us out and reminded us that we should stop by sometime and take advantage of free car washes for life (of the vehicle, of course). Wow! And it's not even a Mercedes. We love our shiny new (to us) Toyota Sequoia! Thanks, MBLG!! More
