Arrived at the dealership at my appointment time and explained that I needed to be out and on the road within two hours because I had to pick up my daughter from daycare. Not only did the service advisor ensure that he would try and get the work taken care of within the specified time, but he would set up a future time if both jobs couldn't be taken of within the two-hour window that I needed it to be. They performed one recall on my vehicle within the time frame I needed and explained on my next visit that the second item will be taken care of. I have a very busy schedule outside of work so I am only able to make it into the dealership at very specific times. My service advisor seemed to understand how important it was that I at least got one of the warranty claims taken care of today and he was very professional with getting me and my vehicle taken care of. Best service I've received from a service department so far. Definitely recommend North Country!!! More
