Financing was a breeze and my entire experience from arrival to departure was roughly 3 hours. The car I purchased had a crack in the windscreen which was already on order and replaced within a few days. The dealer provided me with my trade-in as a courtesy car (at my request!) while the work was completed. Very good experience, very good value for money. In order for me to get the deal I was comfortable with, I purchased one of the new 2016 Tucson. At the time of purchase no good programs were offered. In order for me to get the deal I was comfortable with, I had to negotiate heavily for Kirkland Hyundai to meet my price. In total, I spent 5 hours, yes 5 hours onsite. I even walked out because they could not make a deal. I was at lunch and they called me back promising me to make it work. In the end, we made a deal but it was frustrating experience playing the dancing game with their Sales Manager and Finance. More
