A good friend of mine had used Michael before to purchase two vehicles and sell another, and he came highly recommended. From the start, Michael was frank, courteous and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction. He was very accessible and I never felt pressured to make any big decisions and he was fair at all times. Through him, I was able to quickly find a vehicle in my price range, arrange payment, and pick it up in short order. Knowing that I had an extremely small window to take possession of the car before I had to leave to go back to work, he was able to acquire the vehicle and make it ready for delivery on very short notice. The car was in pristine condition and there were no issues whatsoever with loading it onto my trailer, which he personally assisted me with. In comparison to any other large purchase, I have made, this was perhaps the easiest and most pleasant. It was reassuring to know I could always contact him should any problems arise. I would highly recommend this dealership and Micheal in particular to anyone wishing to purchase a Ferrari or Maserati. I initially thought about buying a pre-owned Maserati from another dealer in Maryland and I felt it wise to call the Atlanta dealership and work through them. Scott & co. courteously did some due diligence for me on the car in Maryland by calling the dealership and speaking to the sales manager. I ended up not buying that car and purchased one from Scott and Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. From the first phone call with Steven Eckhoff to discussions after delivery, it was a really great experience. Attentive and friendly throughout. Prompt responses to all questions. And some great advice along the way. Steven and the others on the team in Atlanta - I met a few including the service staff who gave me good peace of mind that the attention would not wane - were great to deal with.
