Mike Krewi works hard and really listens to his customers. We went into Dick Hannah with the idea of purchasing a 2015 Outback in July, 2015, and met with Mike Krewi. Mike had recently sold an Outback to our We went into Dick Hannah with the idea of purchasing a 2015 Outback in July, 2015, and met with Mike Krewi. Mike had recently sold an Outback to our neighbor across the street, who also had positive experience with Mike. We indicated to Mike that we were open to a good used Outback and Wow did he come through. The second time we called and went in a real estate agent had just returned an Outback after only 6 weeks. The car had not even been detailed yet. Mike grabbed the keys and we took it for a long test drive. As far as we were concerned the car was "new" with its low miles. Mike got us a great deal on the car which had more bells and whistles that we originally intended. We have driven it to Seattle and back three times since the purchase and thoroughly enjoy driving the Outback. Everyone on the Dick Hannah team that we worked with was courteous and we did not any pressure to make a purchase at any time. My husband has already taken advantage of the hand-car wash after a trip to Bend. Good personable dealership to work with from sales to service. More
