During our test drive he was great to talk to while he was giving us a run down of all the features the car had to offer. He also made sure our route involved rougher areas to really show how smooth the drive was. (I was impressed!) During negotiations, he was extremely professional and never too pushy. He genuinely wanted to the experience as comfortable and easy as possible - and it worked. We traded in a previous vehicle and had to deliver the title later in the week and Tony came in on his day off to meet me to make sure it went to the right person.
