Excellent customer service The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Mike Parham and Brandon Wright. My one criticism or suggestion for improvement pertains The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Mike Parham and Brandon Wright. My one criticism or suggestion for improvement pertains to the final bill. Mike asked Greg Floyd to give me a breakdown of the additional fees added to the quoted price to calculate the final cost of the car. I spent a long time waiting on the showroom floor for Greg to come out and explain the additional fees, but he never came out. I was always told that he was too busy, even though I was the only person in the showroom at the time. When I finally met with Greg to sign the papers, he still did not itemize and explain the additional charges, instead just trying to get me to purchase additional products/services and sign as quickly as possible without ever seeing how the final purchase price was calculated. Since Bob Estes Ford seems to charge a fair price, there wasn't any need for Greg to try to hide or gloss over the various fees, and I would have appreciated him taking the time to go over those with me. In Greg's defense, however, I could have been more assertive. More
