It was the most low pressure car sale experience I've every been witness to and everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. It was very apparent from the beginning that while they were there to sell me a car, they were doing everything they could to earn my business and not take that for granted. I test drove several different models and could have test drove everything they had if I wanted to. Brian's goal was to make sure that ultimately I would be happy with my MINI and I am. Both David Lopez who introduced us to our choices and explained the details of each and Mustafa Hamouda who explained the paperwork information and warrantee options. Since we were from New Hampshire buying a car in Massachusetts, there were some complications involving registrations and again licensing but David and Moustafa handled them far better and more efficiently than any other dealership we have dealt with in the past. We would definitely buy another car from Herd Chambers and would certainly recommend the dealership to anyone we know who is buying a car. In summary, if I could rate the dealership and staff 5+ I would do so. More

I left this at 5 but would have preferred t give 4.5...a couple of points off for a missed detail or two - slow to find my missing title / detailing request that could have been followed up on better - but these are small and had little impact on my overall impression.of a very professionally run dealership. From picking me up at work in the snow, to being honest about what they thought were "must haves" vs "nice to haves" on my car order, and the opportunity to set aside time for a "second date" to go in and ask questions about the car after I'd been driving it for a while -- I really felt like they were there to help me buy a car, not to sell me a car.
