Russell It's always a pleasure to visit Sands for my oil changes and service. My service tech Bryan (with a Y) was awesome, great personaty, attitude and wil It's always a pleasure to visit Sands for my oil changes and service. My service tech Bryan (with a Y) was awesome, great personaty, attitude and willingness to help his customers!! My oil change happened on Friday and on Thursday I returned to Sands because my blue tooth wasn't linked to my car. The service dept was closed but 2 salesmen helped me re-sink my phone, they could have easily told me to return when service was open, but they went above & beyond their job duties. For this, when it's time for my next car it will be Sands in surprise that I deal with. Keep up the great customer service!! Lori Russell More

Employee pushing away the business The issue is when I pulled up to the service center I had to wait about 12 minutes to get help when the gentleman decided to help me he made me seem l The issue is when I pulled up to the service center I had to wait about 12 minutes to get help when the gentleman decided to help me he made me seem like it was a burden to show up because I did not have an appointment. I've done this multiple times and I know it is not an issue to come in without an appointment! He told me for an oil change it would take two hours and was I sure I wanted to stay that long again almost like he was trying to drive my business away unacceptable! I've got multiple service items done at this location I currently have three Chevy vehicles but not quite sure if I'll be taking them back to this location! More
