1st time leasing a Cadillac Joe Ceperano walked us through the details and provided us with a loaner of the exact car we intended to lease. He took lots of time to answer any and all questions re payments and benefits of leasing. After we signed about 100 forms he didn't abandon us, but took the time to sit in the new car and explain all the features and showed us how to take advantage of wifi, cell phone and nav. features. Since there are so many new things to learn, he invited us to come any time and he will go over any of the features we are having a problem understanding or using. WHAT A GUY!!!
