I've played the car buying game several times over the years and, in general, Toyota dealerships have consistently been easier to deal with than the o I've played the car buying game several times over the years and, in general, Toyota dealerships have consistently been easier to deal with than the other big name brands I've dealt with. This was my first time with Lynn and the Brookdale team. Thank you, Lynn, for staying late to help me out. As with all auto transactions, I went in with a big bag of scepticism. All my questions (and I had many...) were answered absent the vagueness and ambiguity that I've come to expect. My experience, from start to finish, was actually enjoyable (hard to believe right?). I've always been able to secure a fair deal while working with Toyota. But, after comparing my most recent purchase to those of the past, Lynn was able to get me a better deal than I thought possible. There are, however, a few things Lynn did not provide me with. I did not get any broken promises, no pressure to buy quick, and no BS. Lynn Floyd earned my trust and if you're in the market, you owe it to your self to let him earn yours away well. Thanks Lynn! Great truck great service I had been looking for a very specific trim on a 2016 Tacoma and this dealer had it. They were willing to work with me on price, which was great, and I had been looking for a very specific trim on a 2016 Tacoma and this dealer had it. They were willing to work with me on price, which was great, and the salesman wasn't overly pushy on add-ons, accessories, etc (I know they work on commission so I appreciate this). The only complaint I have is the trade-in offer I received. The vehicle I brought in to trade has a kbb of $5,000+ and they offered me $750, which was very insulting. Overall a positive experience, and I would recommend this dealer. Just do NOT try to trade anything in. More

She did not act like a typical dealer with pressuring us to buy from her and we loved that. They were quick to respond when inquiring on my vehicle and the whole experience was great. I saw my car the day I made the appointment and purchased it that day. Sara Davis was my dealer and was very quick in responses and friendly. She made the whole experience wonderful and was very helpful in getting a lease and answering any questions. After purchase she sent follow up emails and letters to make sure my car was doing me well. She even sent me a nice card for my birthday! I will definitely be back when I need another car (hopefully not for a while ) :) More

Great service on Tundra Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, car wash for my 2012 Tundra. Recieved a call back that front and rear brakes needed replacement too. It was l Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, car wash for my 2012 Tundra. Recieved a call back that front and rear brakes needed replacement too. It was less than two hours before they closed for the day, and they had three technicians working on my truck to get it done by closing time. Very convenient that they could get it done with out another trip. Truck was very dirty as well and they power washed it before running it through the car wash. Thanks! More

Very helpful and accommodating I am in a wheelchair, and whenever I pull in, a service rep, (who doesn't know me), will get my wheelchair out and set it up for me, and someone else I am in a wheelchair, and whenever I pull in, a service rep, (who doesn't know me), will get my wheelchair out and set it up for me, and someone else will put it back in my car when my my appointment is complete. The service is always wonderful and quick. They always have a smile on their face. I feel that everyone I encounter at Luther Brookdale goes above and beyond to make sure that I have a great experience. I bought my 2013 Prius from them brand new and they have a customer for life!
