Purchased used vehicle Sales person was knowledgeable and thorough, however, when it came time to honoring the terms of what would be included with the purchase of the used Sales person was knowledgeable and thorough, however, when it came time to honoring the terms of what would be included with the purchase of the used vehicle all of a sudden the bait and switch appeared. When will certain dealerships realize that it is not in their best interest to deal with customers in this manner? Also, it was documented on the service inspection report that a new battery was installed, however, since the battery was dead three weeks later obviously this was not the case. When I spoke to the service manager and called him on it he continued to state that a new battery was installed. Really? How difficult is it to be honest with customers? More

Driving home I was smiling ear to ear and could see through my rear view mirror that my wife looked like she had just won the lottery behind the wheel so I knew we had made the right decision. From the moment we walked in the showroom this morning we were treated like family. We met Ralph Keller and Ryan Warren. Both are total professionals and handled the entire transaction flawlessly. Ralph explained every option to us and always kept our budget in mind. He helped tailor the car to our needs and his expertise saved us a lot of time and money.
