Great people to work with! I love cars and did a lot of research before choosing the right one for me. I chose the 2017 WRX, it was the best choice I could have made. And going into it Yong knew this car was for me. Ron, Yong, and Robert went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my choices and that I got what I wanted. Ron followed up with me every step of the way. With personal emails, not just normally scripted ones. I I went in multiple times to work numbers with Yong and Robert, who were happy to do so and I can't thank them enough for their efforts! I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! And I was in for my first oil change last week and worked with Dave in service. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and prompt. My car was done in less than an hour. Thanks again for all your hard work guys! I really appreciate it! More
Misleading, careless poor customer service Unbelivable. I was trying to get a forester. I had made two trips on Wednesday brought documents requested. Waited for a call by the sales agent. I finally reached him was told to email more documents. Did it. Finally get a call to go get my car. Show up and the sales guy tries to give me a different color vehicle, because he sold the one we had been trying to get. Never told me. Just wanted me to get whatever he wanted. Felt like slap on the face. Poor customer service by sales agent and sales manager. I called to complaint about the service and he became argumentative, rude and then lied to me about the situation. Took no responsibility. I will nerve come here or referrer anyone else. They dont care about their customers. If I could I would put no starts. Horrible experience and service. More

Almost a home run...almost I recently purchased a new Forester from Bob Baker Subaru. Everything seemed to be going great until it came time for them to deliver the vehicle ON t I recently purchased a new Forester from Bob Baker Subaru. Everything seemed to be going great until it came time for them to deliver the vehicle ON the promised date. They had the vehicle in stock, but they didn't have the staff to prepare the car to be released since it was just delivered from the factory and it was Memorial Day. When I asked what they would do to compensate me for the extra day that I would have to wait for the car and arrange other transportation, their original answer was "nothing". When I asked to speak to a manager, the guy who solid it to me Yong Shin (AKA Yoshi) said "They [the managers] are busy making other sales right now, and the deal didn't have enough meat on the bone for them to do anything special for me anyway." I find that a little hard to believe considering the car cost $33,000. After finally, speaking to a manager, BB Subaru apologized for their error in the projected delivery date and even delivered a loaner car to make up for the day that I would have to go without a vehicle- and it didn't completely suck. They set me up with a Hybrid Prius, which won't be bringing in the ladies, but at least I have enough gas to drive to New York and back. All in all, the service was friendly and patient while we purchased the car. My only complaint at this point was being initially dismissed by the management when I tried to resolve the conflict. More

I got exactly what I wanted and am a Happy Subaru owner - Thanks to Bob Baker Subaru Volkswagen, especially Christy and Seth. I went to Bob Baker because of 20+ years of owning Jeeps and their service department is excellent. Our salesman was Salah and we couldn't decide between a Forrest or outback. With Salah expertise, friendliness, courtesy and listen to what we wanted.
