Great Sales Consultant but Bad General Sales Manager After visiting this dealership last week and leaving since the used cars all had visible damage and had very dirty interiors (included melted crayon o After visiting this dealership last week and leaving since the used cars all had visible damage and had very dirty interiors (included melted crayon on leather seats), I decided to give them another chance. I went today looking at both new and used vehicles. I had a great sales consultant (His name is Aziz). We found a great certified pre-owned vehicle and were in the process of talking through the financing. I was curious about whether the price could lower some because this car is 3 years old and I was finding similar cars for less. The General Sales Manager, Timothy Boes, came over and is the sole reason that I did not purchase the car. His arrogance and poor attitude was 100% appalling. At this point I was just waiting for the bank of our choice to respond with their interest rate since we were told we had qualified for a low rate directly from them. This manager continued to tell us that the rate he thought they would give is the one we were getting without actually hearing from the bank. He continued to tell us that this car is a "premium" car and that's why he wouldn't negotiate the price even the slightest bit. Even at that price I still planned to purchase until the manager spoke with us. Seeing how this manager spoke to that sales consultant was equally disappointing. The loss of my business was definitely Timothy Boes' fault. More
