Our indoctrination into the luxury vehicle sales experience was benchmarked by the professional customer service etiquette of Salesman "Doc". Before, during, and after the test drive "Doc" demonstrated proficiency as he articulated the functionality, safety features, and amenities of this exceptionally engineered machine. After deciding to purchase this exceptional machine we were introduced to Finance Manager Chuck who solidified our luxury vehicle ownership plan with an affordable no hassle purchase agreement. We had test driven vehicles at (None) Mercedes-Benzs dealerships but none of backed their product like Jackie Copper Imports which was a critical element in our decision matrix. More

Excellent experience at this dealership! Kendall Taylor was my sales associate - he was very helpful and there was no pressure at all to make a decision. I found my car online, then went in Kendall Taylor was my sales associate - he was very helpful and there was no pressure at all to make a decision. I found my car online, then went in to check it out. I didn't want to make an impulse purchase so told Kendall I would let him know the next day. No problem! I didn't get any pressure to make a decision (and I've had more than my share of that scenario!). I did a bit more research and called Kendall the next day to do the deal. Josh Kelley was great to work with on the financing and it all went very smoothly. The first day I drove my car I noticed something that I wasn't sure about; I contacted Kendall and the Service Department - got my car in the same day with no hassle (because it was a used car I expected a delay in getting it checked out), but they treated me as if I had just purchased a brand new vehicle! Spencer Grunewald in the Service Department got me in and out in no time, explained what was going on and completely put my mind at ease. I will definitely go back to Jackie Cooper Infiniti - professional experience all the way with everyone who helped me! More
