Ray isn't sorry. His words are nothing but empty rhetoric. I sent Ray a text who proceeded to waste my time with worthless dialogue that had the demeanor and mentality of a teenager. 1. He offered no inspection report nor a reconditioning report to substantiate condition of the vehicle. Moreover why the dealership is worthy to demand exorbitant fees and add-on of nearly $3,500. $3,500 that will be taxed BTW. The CarFax revealed no service carried out. -Pre-delivery service charge of $1,299.00 (paperwork) -Electronic filing fee of $699.00 -Elite Protection Plan products pre-installed on all of its vehicles of $1,495.00. Not clear on what this garbage is. 2. Ray offered absolutely NOTHING to come to a deal. NO reduction in fees which BTW are the highest of any dealer in the area and likely the state. Not one penny. That's how cheap he is. I checked with others in the Miami area. They are far and away above. I can attest to the reviews online about this dealer. They have work awfully hard to have a negative reputation this bad. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer.
