Purchased a Used Vehicle I had a great purchase experience with Park Place Jaguar in Plano. I called the dealership and set an appointment to view a vehicle that I had seen online. I met Paul Light, who had the vehicle pulled under the port-a-cache, out of the hot sun. I drove it and then we went inside to discuss the vehicle history and pricing. I was surprised that they were willing to meet the price that I wanted to pay. This all took place in less than an hour. Since I had brought my own financing through our credit union, we didn't go through the financing process. Once the check was delivered from our credit union the next day, my wife and I went in and signed their paperwork. I have a great used vehicle for the price that I was willing to pay, and am happy and satisfied with the entire process. We have purchased previously from Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine as well. Compared to some other brands, they are definitely a cut above on customer service and you don't go away feeling like you've just been whipped into submission. We will definitely be back. More

No service after sale. I purchase a 2015 Jaguar XJ from Plano Jaguar, at the close of of the sale, I call and said the credit union call and I'm on the way to pick up the pa I purchase a 2015 Jaguar XJ from Plano Jaguar, at the close of of the sale, I call and said the credit union call and I'm on the way to pick up the paper work. I live in Denison the credit union is in Dallas down town, the car is in Plano, the wife and I get to the dealership around 6:00 pm no salesman, the vehicle is not service for deliver. We weight salesman show up and begin the process, we started this process on May 10, 2016 I was just looking. After negotiation back and forth to get to a price being pre approval at dealership and credit union I expected better deliver of the vehicle. at deliver there was only one key and no owner manual, at that time one was suppose to have been order, no manual 45 days later, I did get an extra key for the wife from the service department only because the soft close on the driver door wasn't working this is a certified pre-owner vehicle. No follow up or contact after sale. other dealers (Lincoln) do follow up and do what they say. More
