Outstanding I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received at Keefer’s Union County Kia.This was my first experience with a Kia dealership I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received at Keefer’s Union County Kia.This was my first experience with a Kia dealership as I have always been a Chevrolet type of guy. Every bit of research and stress leading up to my decision was instantly rewarded when I began my buying process with Frank Alvey. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for and they happened to have the perfect used car in their possession. I live about 45 minutes away so I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there. I spoke with Frank who informed me that it in fact the vehicle was available. I can't say enough great things about Frank as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great accommodating service. It sounds like a cliché, but we hit it off like we have been friends for years. Frank went above and beyond when I had questions about the price and carfax information. Frank informed me from the beginning of Kia’s reputation of giving back to the community. Although I am not a resident of their immediate community, I felt the kindness that was displayed throughout the process of purchase. Frank, from our first encounter over the phone when I was just inquiring about the car, to our latest, has exceeded my expectations of customer service and have been truly remarkable. My experience from beginning to end at Kia was friendly, genuine, professional, and handled with a real sense of transparency and attentiveness. New Team I went to Union cty Kia about 9 months ago and had a terrible time trying to help my sister buy a SUV, my salesperson Maryland was great but the manag I went to Union cty Kia about 9 months ago and had a terrible time trying to help my sister buy a SUV, my salesperson Maryland was great but the manager was the worst. She ended up just not buying a vehicle at that time. Well Maryland kept in contact with her and she asked me to tag along for her second visit. UCK has made a total turn around, New owner and all new PROFESSIONAL management staff. The head manager Stefan came out to great us shortly after our arrival and severalother managers stopped by and asked if they could, offer water and coffe, eve to buy my sister luch when she was hungry, needless to say she now has a new 2017 Kia Sportage, I will be purchasing a new car herein a few months from these guys Great turn around new management More

Excellent I purchased a 20016 Optima, when I went through my buying service USAA, I received an immediate reply from Paul Juggenheimer stating he had the exact I purchased a 20016 Optima, when I went through my buying service USAA, I received an immediate reply from Paul Juggenheimer stating he had the exact car we wanted and wanted to know when we would like to test drive and if we like the car we could get them in and out almost as fast as it took us to get there. We scheduled the apt loved the car and he was right no games on price their documentation fees are les than most other Dealers we contacted and we were in and out in about an hour or so. Thanks to Union County Kia for having such a well oiled machine and a seemless process and a very professional staff from Paul my salesman the manager who came out to meet us Dean Girgenti and to include Greg in finance.
