I had the worst buying experience of my car buying life at this dealership. I was told I had a deal and even asked what day I would want to pick up the car. I offered to give them a check but they said "no problem, we will take one check when you pick it up". They then took a copy of my reg, insurance card, and license so they could start the paperwork. I was to get a call with the final price that night since I told them that a few hundred dollars will not break the deal. No call that night and I finally called the sales manager the next day at 4:30 to find out what was going on. He told me that he was still waiting for someone to get back to him so he could finalize the price on my trade in and would call me back in 5 minutes. At 6:00 he called to tell me that all this was not important since the car that I wanted was sold. I have never been lied to more in any transaction in my 50 years than I was by Secor Volvo. I did call back and asked the sales manager if the car was sold at 4:30 when I called him the first time, he told me no, but the customer was in the building. I have never been compelled to write these kinds of reviews, but Secor has driven me to this. If you want to be able to trust what the dealer is telling you, don't go to Secor. Maybe it's a blessing that I did not get the car, I can't imagine what the service is like! More
