Great experience! My wife and I were ready to trade up from the car that we bought for our newborns (now grade schoolers) to destroy over that past 8 years. I generally dread the car buying experience, but Ken and the Berman team were first-class all the way. Incredibly knowledgeable and fluent in the features and functionality of a really complex automobile. I felt absolutely no pressure during the entire experience and genuinely felt that Ken was trying to steer us towards the package that really met our needs, rather than met any needs he may have had to upswell us on unnecessary packages. We felt so comfortable with the process and loved the Infiniti product (Qx60) that we didn't even bother looking at other vehicles. The showroom was great, the team operated like a well-oiled machine and the folks in the financing department (we leased) were a real pleasure to work with. I don't visit enough dealerships to comfortably bestow the title of "Best Dealership ever" but it has been our best dealership experience ever. If you are looking for a premium luxury vehicle and first-class car-buying experience I would visit Berman and ask for Ken! More

While I never drove an Infiniti before, Addy was very patient and explained all the details of Q50 to me. I had a good experience with them. I ended up buying my new Q50 at another dealership since Berman's doesn't have the color I wanted in stock. However I do recommend Betman's and Addy. More

When it comes to Infiniti, this dealership is great. They always have a ton of cars to choose from, their prices are fair, and Ken is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to deal with. I need to mention that we are out of state so there was some travel involved. Based on my first experience I was confident we could find a car and make the deal in one trip. So we drove down in my wife's mini-van which we planned on trading in. We brought our kids along - thankfully Ken was great with them and made the experience fun for them too. We were able to pick out a car, test drive it, make the deal, and drive a QX60 home! That is after we celebrated our new car purchase at Fogo de Chao just across the street! The cool thing about Berman's is they are downtown Chicago and close to everything. I would not hesitate to go down there again for future car purchases - from Ken Zeller. More
