Traded my vehicle in to purchase a different vehicle I purchased a vehicle there less than 30 days ago the salesman told me that I have a 3000 3 month warranty on the vehicle I found out later on that it I purchased a vehicle there less than 30 days ago the salesman told me that I have a 3000 3 month warranty on the vehicle I found out later on that it was only powertrain warranty which paperwork I did sign but the salesman told me it was a full warranty. I have had multiple issues with the vehicle and I thought I had a warranty since the salesman told me I did. Multiple items that were listed that the vehicle had functions for did not work but again I thought I had a warranty to fix those items at dealerships much closer than the one I bought this at. I called and spoke with the manager and he agreed the salesman misspoke about the warranty for the vehicle. He said he would fix one of the issues butt unknown if he would fix all the rest of the issues. It's an hour and a half drive just to get there. I thought I had a warranty that my salesman said I could take to any dealership he was incorrect. Some of the multiple issues I found wrong with the car include GPS not working battery in the second remote not working cruise control stopped working in another few weeks who knows what else I will find. I first thought this was a very good dealership people were very friendly and prices seem great. Do not let them fool you I recommend going somewhere else where they don't lie about their products and they would stand behind their products. A lot of false advertisement. The manager tried to work with me but continue to try to get me to come up there or have my vehicle sent up there which does not work for me. I continue to explain to him that the salesman told me I had a full warranty for 3000 Miles 3 months that I could take it any dealership. They did not stand behind his statement and now I have a vehicle that I paid for with functions that I paid for that do not work. My recommendation is go somewhere where they stand behind their product and their salesman to agree upon things that they can deliver. I have emails showing the salesman even stated the issues wrong with your vehicle you can take to your local dealership to have fixed because it's under warranty. Once I called the other dealership they said I only have a Powertrain warranty and that I don't have a warranty on the vehicle that's how I found out my salesman lied to me. If you do buy a vehicle from this place look over every single detail of the vehicle I fully recommend bringing in a mechanic's yourself to go over the vehicle and don't expect to get a warranty without paying for it because there are no freebies at this place More

One of the salesmen told him not to mess with diabetes and he dismissed his concern. On signing day he deliberately slowed the process down and applied extra pressure to purchase extended warranties. Danny not only found me the 75th Anniversary Recon Green Jeep I was looking for, he gave me the best deal ever. I had been to a couple other Jeep dealers, but Shuman gave me the most personal attention anyone could have in purchasing a vehicle. Danny answered all questions asked. He even was most attentive in showing me the ins and outs of this new vehicle I was purchasing as the one I was replacing was over 12 years old. I will finish with, if I ever need a new vehicle I will definitely go see Danny Hami at Shuman Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep, and I would not hesitate to ever recommend to go see Danny if someone I know is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
