Friendly afternoon spent buying a new car I didn't need to upgrade my car, but I was in a lease with my mileage almost at the limit with a year still to go, so I decided it was time. Point of sale was great, but I came in for service on my Kia and walked out with a new van! James Nesbitt worked diligently to achieve a deal that would work for me. He was understanding of my issues and helped me work through them. His attention to detail and work ethic were exceptional. Had I not had James as my sales rep I would not have bought a vehicle today. I will absolutely refer McDonald Kia and James to anyone and everyone in the market for a vehicle. Even though I came in for service and left with a car, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the exemplary professionalism and customer service displayed by the service department employees as well. With all that being said, things changed after the sale. The Finance manager threw all customer service out the window after the sale was finished. My father and I both spoke with him on separate occasions to rectify some issues and were hit with shortness and a condescending attitude. Jim continued to be a professional even with some admin issues that arose. I would recommend his services to anyone, not so much the finance manager. More
