Just Right! I had been looking for over one month. Spending way too much time and energy. I have three new lease cars with my family of 6. Needless to say but we are going over our lease miles due to several factors. I wanted an elegant used car so I would feel good driving it. I was looking for an Audi, Mercedes, or Jaguar. Wasted a lo of time looking at garbage elsewhere. Checked out their car lot and found several quality cars to choose from Settled on a 2006 Jaguar with low miles for the same price other dealers were trying to sell me high millage garbage. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. DO NOT RECOMMEND I had originally given them a 5 star rating because they were so easy to work with but after the purchase, my experience with them changed my entire o I had originally given them a 5 star rating because they were so easy to work with but after the purchase, my experience with them changed my entire outlook on them. The signs on all the cars I noticed said "as is" and "no warranty" and honestly if i wasn't in need of a car asap (mine broke down and I was about to lose my job over missing work due to not having a way there) I would have gone elsewhere but the car seemed like a good deal. I talked to them and payed $300 extra on the car for a warranty. They weren't soecific on what it covered so I assumed it would cover everything. A week after purchasing the vehicle tye check engine light came on. We took the car to autozone to get tested and it turns out a sensor was bad I didn't think it was a big deal I was fine with making a minor repair. I called the dealership and they said my warranty didn't cover it but their mechanic could check it out and they would see what they could do. It ended up costing $120 to change the sensor and the mechanic said he went ahead and changed my oil for me while he was working on it. The very next day I noticed there were two different places that were leaking under the car. I called the dealership as soon as i got a chance and they said they would talk to the mechanic and give me a call back. They never did. I ended up calling them back first thing in the morning and they told me that the mechanic didn't know what was wrong with it, that they didn't have time to sit around and fix cars repeatedly, that there was nothing they could do and I needed to take it somewhere else. I haven't even made a first payment on it yet. I am extremely distraught and unsatisfied with their business and quality of their merchandise! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE More

They had an '04 A4 Audi Quattro on the lot, it was the exact car I had been looking for for months. Ray helped me with my financing and got me a far better rate than I ever expected, he was very polite, patient, friendly and professional! Very honest and low pressure sale. He also gave me a very Fair price for the car I traded in. I had a small issue with the headlights on the Audi, Ray had me take the car to Abraham, his mechanic, where he took his time assessing the issue and corrected the problem. Abraham was very helpful and friendly as was the other mechanic in their shop. Thanks Ray! More
