I am very picky, and certainly not the best customer. I first contacted Mark nearly one year ago starting the conversation on what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. I think he could tell a lot of research had gone into this and that I was a serious buyer. He never gave up to satisfy me. During the year, I had contacted 15-20 other dealers around the US. None of them worked with me and kept my file alive like Mark. In the end, he found a car for me and after several back and forth negotiations, Mark made the deal work. I flew to Dallas, he picked me up at the airport, we went over the car, the deal, and it was done. IF you are looking for a Jag, and you want someone working for YOU on the inside, call Mark Kinard. I originally saw an orange one for sale but later realized they had a white one and even though it was priced higher and they really wanted to get rid of the orange one they gave me the white one for the discounted price of the orange one without having to go back and forth on price. Rob was great to work with, really showed me the amazing capabilities of this car when we test drove it, and got me out the door in a efficient manner. Price was agreed to before hand since I live 3 hours away and didn't want to make the drive for no reason. Car was ready to test drive when I arrived and everything went smoothly from there. More
