Good experience. I have purchased from Wilkins in the past with a similar experience as this time, staff friendly and helpful, financing questionable. The unit came w I have purchased from Wilkins in the past with a similar experience as this time, staff friendly and helpful, financing questionable. The unit came with a $1500 rebate and when the paperwork got completed they had added the rebate to the agreed price so the rebate was not put towards the price to decrease the price it was put on the top end so it added $1500 to the initial agreed upon price, then with the rebate it came down to the agreed price,I questioned that and Shannon said that is how rebates work??(Any rebates I have sent in for something always give you money back or decreased the cost of something not add to the price). I applied for financing thru my credit union and was able to get an interest rate lower that Wilkins could get, Shannon asked if she could try to get a lower interest rate than the credit union and I agreed but was not happy with the fact that I thought the interest rate she gave me the first time would have been the absolute best rate but apparently not. She was able to get a lower rate but the bank wanted a term of 15 to 20 years (our term thru the credit union was much shorter). Pay attention to details when the final invoice is written up so the exact terms are correct and don't believe that the interest rate that is given is the best they can get, try your local bank as well. Great Customer Service! We gave a 5 star rating because of the great customer service and experience we had from beginning to end. After using a pop-up (also bought from you We gave a 5 star rating because of the great customer service and experience we had from beginning to end. After using a pop-up (also bought from you) for 3 trips out this past summer, we went back to Tracy, who was able to find us the perfect size trailer. A new dinette table had to be ordered as the one in the trailer had scratches, but Tracy followed through. On the day of pickup, we met him at the counter up front, and went over it with the man sitting there. A new one was being ordered. We met with Shannon to go over the finance options, Zach for the walk thru, and Kayla and Nancy for all the accessories to start camping that night. Great friendly service from beginning to end! More

A Wonderful Experience We were looking to replace our current unit with a rear living room model. We noticed the Fairfield model on line and stopped in to see it. Once we me We were looking to replace our current unit with a rear living room model. We noticed the Fairfield model on line and stopped in to see it. Once we met with Gary we were sold! He was not pushy in any way, just let us look through the unit and decide if it was what we were looking for. The journey to our new summer home continued thru sales, finance and finally the walk through where we were given a thorough once over before delivery to our site. Everyone from Gary to Shannon and Chris in the shop were determined to satisfy and questions or concerns we had with our purchase. We were also given some good tips on products to use for protecting our investment and reducing the chances of problems later on. We will definitely recommend Wilkins to anyone considering a purchase in the future. More

used motorhome Purchased used motorhome, The day I was to pick it up the repairs were never done. After delivery I found several problems that were not found prior Purchased used motorhome, The day I was to pick it up the repairs were never done. After delivery I found several problems that were not found prior to. Rattle exhaust, battery disconnect, seat belt plastic covers broken off, outside shower faucet broken. Worst the wall panel split open and warped from prior water damage. I was told by them that their records showed past water damage to the wall. Therefore they were not responsible, I had not noticed it when I purchased it and they did not tell me about it. Spoke to GM Denise. They glued it back again like the first time, so again in two weeks the glue let go. No I will not buy from them again. More

No Pressure -everyone we interacted with was very easy going - with a no pressure approach.
