It felt like I was visiting an old family friend. I would recommend Mark and Honda of Owings Mills to others. Lane was very informative and friendly during the finance process. He made a sometimes painful part of buying a vehicle easy. Ebony worked with me on accessories for my new car. She was friendly and informative concerning all of the various options. Excellent customer service was provided by everyone I encountered on my visit, from the receptionist at the door to Ben who put my tags on my new vehicle. I was made to feel like an important and special customer. I definitely had a great buying experience. Thank you so much. More
Just Looking!!! From the moment I walked through the door,I was totally blown away with the expertise and professionalism of my sales representative , Mark Honkofsky. From the moment I walked through the door,I was totally blown away with the expertise and professionalism of my sales representative , Mark Honkofsky. I had no intention of purchasing a car on September 29th,2016. We were just looking and seeing what was out there. My interest was in the Honda Fit with manual transmission. There were no 2016 vehicles in the Washington/Baltimore vicinity. At this point, I was willing to either special order a 2017 and/or wait for the 2017 models to come in. During this inquiry, a fellow representative walked into Mark's office with new information of a 2017 Honda Fit that was available in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mark executed the transfer of this vehicle for the following day from Virginia to the Owings Mills Dealership in Maryland. So there you have it, an extremely satisfied customer who purchased a vehicle that very night. It could not have gone any smoother!!!!! More
Pre-owned car buying experience Came in on a Monday night to negotiate the price of the car I wanted and then my intentions were to come back on the following Saturday to complete th Came in on a Monday night to negotiate the price of the car I wanted and then my intentions were to come back on the following Saturday to complete the transaction. They included a $995 reconditioning fee (repair dents and scratches) on a 2016 car with only 8,000 miles. There is no way that a car that new needed $995 worth of work. They told me I was walking out of the dealership with the new car, to which I replied, "No, I am not. I need to look for my own financing." They reassured me they could get financing for me that night, again, not what I wanted. I asked for the keys to my current car at least 3 times before I finally demanded that my keys be given to me. Finally, after a long drawn out process and I mentioned that this all felt very high pressure that's when they finally let me take my old car home and look for my own financing. I went back to try to re-negotiate the reconditioning fee and they wouldn't even consider it even though it's a bogus charge. The only person who went above and beyond for me in that dealership was Larry Brooks. Very nice gentleman to deal with. Buying a car is supposed to be a fun/happy experience. I did not leave that dealership with a smile on my face. More

Superior recent service My CRV was in for routine maintenance. We have serviced our 4 honda vehicles at this location for over 5 years with no problems. At pickup yesterday, My CRV was in for routine maintenance. We have serviced our 4 honda vehicles at this location for over 5 years with no problems.
