Great Service Department Took my truck in after getting a check engine light on the way home from a family vacation. My truck was taken in immediately, despite my dropping it off late in the evening. The next morning I was notified of the cause, and was told it was covered under warranty. The part was ordered and my truck was quickly returned, running better than ever. Nic Peters provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Expectations Exceeded I paid an unannounced visit to your service department this afternoon with problems with my 2017 -F250. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Nic Peters. I explained my problem while he finished up some paperwork. He indicated as I suspected all techs were engaged but he was familiar with my problem. In very short order he finished up what he was doing, told one of your employees to bring in my truck and told her to be careful with it as it was a 70K truck. next he grabbed a simple wrench and proceeded to fix my problem. In addition he took the time to explain what he was doing and why so if it occurred again I could easily fix it my self. The short encounter with Mr. Peters made me feel wanted, that he was competent, and took time to fix my problem on a late Friday. He is credit to your organization and prime example of a Top notch employee. This is my first Ford Truck and first new vehicle from your dealership. WOW great experience all around. Service Center I had a problem with my brakes making a "hissing" noise. I called and spoke with Nicki first. He informed me in a detail and concise manner as the problem and how he would fix it. At 0837 the next morning he called saying the car was done this surprised me cause I thought I wouldn't hear anything until about 1300hrs. I came picked up the truck and he broke down in detail the problem and showing me on the manifest sheet. My experience was great and one of the best! I live in MO and drove to GA prior to coming to GA I went to dealership in MO and was disappointed . I'm glad the service I got here in WR was great and Nic did an EXCELLENT JOB!! More

Tim Denton emailed me a few times over a few months and simply offered assistance. He was not intrusive. After a few months I decided I was interested in the Mustang here. I contacted Tim and within a few hours the deal was complete, all by text and telephone calls. I drove 4 hours to the dealership to pick up the car that day and he waited after hours for me. I had one question about tags after I purchased the car, contacted him and he immediately answered the question and was spot on. This guy knows his stuff and is highly motivated to do right by the customer. I was extremely impressed by this young man and expect he will go far in his career.
