This morning we visited the dealership with the intention to test drive a Camry and then check out a couple of other vehicles at another dealership. We never checked out the other vehicles. We were so impressed with the dealership and our salesman Christopher Joseph. There was no pressure, none of the theatrics which we have experienced at other dealerships. Chris was friendly and personable and incredibly knowledgeable about the Camry we were looking at. He explained how the various features worked, and he anticipated virtually every question we had intended to ask. We also met with a service representative and a finance representative and they, too, were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. They will be pleasantly surprised at the difference from other dealerships. More

I had checked out several other used car dealerships and test drove a number of vehicles. Andy took the time to understand my needs many times pointing out items that I had never given a thought of. He did not try to steer me to something different that what I was looking for instead going to the extra effort to locate a vehicle fitting my parameters. He was very patient answering my questions in the terms to my understanding. He seemed to sense that I am the type person that is totally turned off with pressure sales. After checking out several options he was able to locate a vehicle that, while marginally outside my parameters, was doable and acceptable to me.
