Fantastic! I drove 5 hours (10 roundtrip) to make my purchase. Gerard was the main reason. My car was totaled and I was in dire straights to purchase a car. The pricing was exceptional. Gerard actually answered my "Chat Now"" session at 11:00 pm. I didn't really expect to speak with someone and figured I would leave a message. After many questions which he answered quite knowledgeably, I felt secure enough to make the drive. He assured me the car was still on the lot and at 8:30 a.m. the next morning, he text me letting me know he had the keys. Duane Bell was fabulous! He knew I was waiting on a property damage check and worked with me so that I could drive my new car off the lot that day. I know the car buying experience can be frustrating, but I have to say, these two gentlemen made it as painless as it could be. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and especially Gerard. Johnnie was very polite and detailed. He was honest and upfront and anything i asked for either it happen or it was looked into. Guess just down to earth. I didnt feel presurred or obligated into a vehicle even though i already knew what i wanted (chrylsler 300). Straightforward, no-nonsense, very polite, treated me well. I was pleased with how the transaction went at MLM. They had the car I wanted and their pricing was some of the best I'd seen. They were very straight-forward, no-nonsense, and we did not do a lot of back-and-forth. In the end we worked out a deal that was satisfactory to all, and the transaction was pretty straight-forward. I was treated very nicely by everyone, and was pleased with the service. I think they have some good, experienced people, and some good cars at some of the best pricing around. Gerard was great, and I was well-treated by Richard James, Duane (finance mgr) and Anish, the sales manager. Pleased. I would do business there again, and would recommend them to friends. More
