Satisfied Two Years -Sandy and Wayne Fall This was my second trip back to Qurik on the thought I would lease my second vehicle; while one was being serviced. The sales person I worked with l This was my second trip back to Qurik on the thought I would lease my second vehicle; while one was being serviced. The sales person I worked with last year Adam was on a vacation; appears he had been doing so well he earned a trip to Hawaii; so I was not sure who my wife and I would talk with and almost decided to come back another day but we met Dave McCarthy and began a conversation. Dave was down to earth, very professional but not over bearing and high pressure. It appears in our early careers we were in the same type of manufacturing and discussed that at length forgetting about what my main purpose was to be at Quirk. Eventually we got around to discuss vehicles and met with the General Manager Semir Hasanovic. You know the drill talk with the salesman then when the deal gets close bring on the closer; seen it done that numerous times in my life time. That was not really the case; we had met Semir earlier and had a conversation and he wanting to know if we wanted coffee or water. Later when it came to deciding on a vehicle and price he and Dave gave us several options to think about and discuss and when it came to price they were more than fair and got me into my budget and the SUV we wanted. Dave even came out to the vehicle and set up the blue tooth for us. Thank you guys you did well and so did we; I believe a win/win for us all. By the way this is the second year back to Quirk and on both instances my wife and were more than pleased with the staff from Dave to Semir and Doug in Finance. Not sure what we will do next year; I will visit when bringing both vehicles in for servicing. Lastly, an apology to the lady in service this was the second time I have worked with her and on both instances she was professional and gave us updates on the status of the vehicle we were servicing; she was nice, sincere and not a fake. David McCarthy bent over backwards in order to get me into a car I would be happy in. After searching the floor and running numbers on a few options, I found the car I wanted! When we sat down to finalize the numbers, there was still a gap between my budget and their numbers. The finance team went above and beyond to get me the exact deal I needed to make the car work for me! Overall was a very satisfying experience and I love my new car! Thanks to David and Semir for getting me into a reliable car without breaking my budget! Even after getting the car home, I had a few questions. So after 3 tries we've decided to call Quirk Kia and discuss a deal over the phone before heading down. We came to a verbal agreement on the phone and went down the following day. No haggling or shady business, the lease deal we made over the phone is what we finalized at the dealership. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out of there in 90 minutes.
