Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.
The dealership has been bestowed the highest honor for customer satisfaction and owner loyalty at Ford Motor Company, The NACE Award (three years in a row) and for over 25+ years has been in the Top Twenty Club as well as being named a "Top 500 Dealer" by Ward's Dealer Magazine. The pinnacle of the dealership came with the crowning glory of receiving the highest award Ford Motor Company can give to any franchised dealer for customer and corporate satisfaction, The President's Award.

Quick, relaxed, honest experience. I have little time for purchasing a vehicle, so my effort began with internet research. I found the truck that I wanted on 5-Stars website, and soon went to the dealership and introduced to Jess. She quickly found the truck; brought it up front for a quick test drive, and I decided to purchase it. Jess guided me professionally, and quickly through the rest of the buying experience, and I was soon on to "life," in my new truck. Melanie Lucero is very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all questions I had, helped me program needed items, and showed me important features. Michael explained the financing and listed to all my questions and answered professionally and so I could completely understand. I have used both Melanie and Michael for the past two vehicles and feel like they are family. I know this sounds cliche', but this is the way I feel. I know they treat all customers the same as they did me. I would recommend them most highly to everyone that wants a Ford vehicle. Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford – Carrollton was a great experience I met with Reuben Krause who went way out of his way to get me in to a new truck and get me Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford – Carrollton was a great experience I met with Reuben Krause who went way out of his way to get me in to a new truck and get me the best price on my trade in. I could not have met a better man he listen to me on all my concerns and needs and then he went to work to handle all my concerns and needs. It was a great experience working with Reuben. I met with Reuben Saturday morning to look at the F250 Super Duty Lariat that he had picked out for me. I drove it and loved it. I wanted to keep the tires and wheels I had on my trade in so Reuben loaned me his truck to drive while he had the tires changed, filled up the gas tank, and washed the truck. It looked great. Also when I went to pick up I also got to meet Trey Russell (awesome man). Thank you everybody at Sam Pack’s 5 Star Ford for a great experience buying this truck. More
