I'd been to several other dealerships in Colorado prior to purchasing my new vehicle and the kindness, respect and attention I received from Randy and the entire Mountain States Team went unmatched by any of those other dealerships. He was upfront, honest, caring and attentive not once trying to upsell me on anything I didn't want or need. Their pricing was excellent and transparent without having to worry about hidden fees or frustrating back and forth negotiations. Randy did an excellent job of communicating with me on my vehicle's build date and delivery date. He went above and beyond working a little magic with the parts department and service team to install a few last minute options so I could take delivery of my vehicle within 24 hours of the vehicle arriving on their lot! It's clear Randy is well liked and respected by his colleagues as they went out of their way to ultimately help him do me a huge favor. To top it all off, without hesitation, Randy came in on his day off in order to best accommodate my schedule. When I arrived at the dealership my new vehicle had already been detailed, gassed up and Randy had all of my paperwork ready to go. Yet another example of Randy treating his customers with kindness and respect. I never expected the level of customer service delivered by Randy, he's truly rare breed. I have been to over 5 other dealerships in the Denver Metro Area, including CarMax, AutoNation, as well as Tynan's. Recently, I ventured into Mountain States Toyota, looking for a new 4runner or a newer Tacoma. The dealership itself is very big, and can be intimidating to a first time buyer. Usually I end up being hassled by pushy sales staff that attempt to get me interested in something that I did not want or need. The first person who approached me was Alex Gomez. This was the first time that I have not felt pressured into a sale from the very beginning. He was honest, very forthcoming, and extremely helpful, especially when it came down to negotiating the bottom line. He was available after hours to answer my calls and texts, and also researched cars at other dealerships when they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. I will definitely be back again once I can free up some more disposable income. Will definitely be doing business in the future. I'll take honesty over bargain pricing any day of the week. More
