I do not like to try to be pressured into buying anything. The folks at Mullinax gave us the freedom to look but was available to answer any questions we had. Once we arrived Brian met us in the parking lot and his easy going and friendly demeanor made us feel instantly at ease. The vehicle was immaculate and suited our needs perfectly. We traded in our car and they gave us a fair price and made the whole process easy. Secondly, dealerships of this sort are very interested in establishing long-term relationships with (hopefully) repeat customers. In order to do this Mullinax realizes that the customer must be satisfied and happy with their purchase and with the overall experience. Mullinax accomplishes this effortlessly. I believe I was greeted by every one of the small sales staff who welcomed us to the dealership and made sure, without being pushy, that our needs were being met. David, the salesperson we had contacted previously by phone, met us on the front sidewalk, the vehicle we were considering was parked conveniently, and, in general, the dealership was ready for us. While Mullinax has had some 60 years to perfect their performance, so to speak, southern hospitality is the term that comes to mind to describe their treatment of customers.
