We brought our CRV in for one of five free oil changes that came with the purchase. Byron was our service provider/mechanic, although he is more than that. Accommodating I had 3 things I wanted the technicians to look over. They fixed one, they couldn't recreate the second and the third was the floor vent which doesn't I had 3 things I wanted the technicians to look over. They fixed one, they couldn't recreate the second and the third was the floor vent which doesn't feel like it is working especially when you wear dresses and it's cold outside. They said it is working and I'm not the first to comment about this condition. I said it must be bad design which shocks me as all of my other Hondas have awesome heating and cooling. More
