During my last purchase, Chris Long put in a great deal of extra time to oversee my test drive and delivery, expertly explaining different models, and patiently answering dozens of questions. Chris was happy to take calls and texts anytime when I asked for more information or had a concern. Because of that diligence and commitment to service, I have been thrilled with every one of my Sears cars. That excellence doesn't stop after a sale. I have also used Sears exclusively for everything from routine maintenance to repairs to body work, and once again their staff has been second to none. Bill Blume and Reid Willemsen have been extremely kind and helpful when I've needed repairs, going out of their way to make sure work was done quickly and correctly. The entire staff is genuine, friendly and a dream to deal with. Buying and maintaining cars used to be something I dreaded---and even hated. We told her the kind of Vehicle we wanted. She shown us the car, we took it for a test drive, and we absolutely fell in love with it, but we felt that the sticker price was too high for our budget. But Sarah encourage us to sit down at her desk and ran through a few price options and see what she can come up with for us. We were so nervous about negotiating. We are not good with negotiations part. Well, we didn't need to be very good at all. We told her the price we wanted for the car and with a little bit of fine tune, we got our dream car. It was that easy buying from this dealership. In just a few hours, everything was so smooth transition and we took our baby 2017 GLE home. YES, YES! If he doesn't have the time for me when I'm clearly ready to buy, he sure won't have the time or patience with followup questions or concerns.
