This is a bait and switch company We agreed on a price one d I buy high N vehicles all over the United States and never been treated this bad I would rather go to a Chevy dealership than this Mercedes dealership I buy high N vehicles all over the United States and never been treated this bad I would rather go to a Chevy dealership than this Mercedes dealership the only person that was nice was the sales lady that help me everyone else was greedy as xxxx 1st of all they are trying to charge me way over sticker then they agreed on a price and free shipping the day before and then I talk to my sales lady that that morning and she said everything's good to go delivery in everything was gonna be included then she fought transfers me to the finance manager and then they start working all these little extra numbers an extra grand here and then trying to charge me for shipping then I talk to the head manager any acts like hes doing me a favor by paying for the shipping that he already said he was gonna pay for and charging me an extra $1000 I'm going to be contacting the Attorney General I'm going all the way up to the very top of Mercedes and we're gonna work this thing out said the TI am not gonna get pushed around by these Brooklyn people and I know how they treat people it's the worst Mercedes experience of my life and I by high and vehicles like BMW I8G wagen Mercedes tons and tons of vehicles in a loss doubt they could I had a friend that could about more and more vehicles but no they're worry about a 1000 bucks in a little bit of shipping cost I hope it's worth it More

The overall exp This past weekend I traveled from Boston all the way to Brooklyn in order to see a vehicle I'd been speaking with Jerry Petitto about. The overall experience was AMAZING! When I arrived I was greeted by the general manager who knew who I was, who I came to see and where I traveled from. They made sure I was comfortable with free pizza and other snacks and drinks. I was at the dealership from 12:30pm - 6:30pm dealing with the banks, the insurance agency and with my trade-in. The long wait wasn't the fault of the dealership but they still insured I was not only happy but the wait was worth my time. I felt extremely valued and helped by Jerry Petitto and the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. I would 100% recommend anyone to do business with them and especially JERRY!! He was incredible!! If you want to feel comfortable in your decision, not pressured, well informed and truly cared about by a dealership and a sales representative MB of Brooklyn and Jerry are the way to go! More

Unprofessional sales manager I was interested in a new Mercedes GLE or GLS car and I went to this dealership. I asked a Russian speaking representative and they provided me, Serg I was interested in a new Mercedes GLE or GLS car and I went to this dealership. I asked a Russian speaking representative and they provided me, Sergei Bukley. Sergei wasn't interested in giving me the information at all. It looked like Sergei had a bad mood at this moment, and he was lazy to explain. I asked him about the car, pricing, specifications, and lease deals. But he was short like: "Yes", "No", "Look at the website" etc. In the end, i asked him about "What is the difference between your dealership and others?", And he said - "This dealership is like a luxury restaurant and others like the Mcdonalds". But I didn't feel like I'm in the luxury restaurant at all. I was really disappointed and I switched to the new Land Rover Discovery. More
