Great service with a few hiccups I bought a used vehicle here and my salesman Jim was great as well as the sales manager Shane. They were friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. However, my experience with their finance manager, Steve, was less than stellar. He talked down to my father who was there to help walk me through my first car buying experience. It was sad to have one man sour my otherwise pleasant experience. I addressed my concerns with the general manager and she was quick to respond and apologize for his unprofessional interaction with us. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about Jim and Shane, but as the saying goes, it takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. I was also frustrated that I was there over three hours to buy the car, we paid in full and didn't even haggle on the price (which was a fair price for the make, model and condition of the vehicle). I would just suggest if you do buy here request that you deal with someone other than Steve when it comes time to sign all the financial work. More

Scott said if you take the 11,000 off we weren`t eligible for 1.9 LIE, we got it elsewhere. More

I am the type of person who usually hates the car buying process, but Shane makes you feel comfortable and was great to deal with. Shady dealership!! Drove 2.5 hours for a car that they assured me was available. I was given a tour of the dealership ( Which is truly in a class all it's own ) My car was detailed to perfection. I am very picky about a clean and well kept car, and i had no disappointments, and my car was handed over to me looking " absolutely pristine " Then Shane spent over an hour with me going over every aspect of the operating basics of my Infiniti Q50 Shane connected my cell to the bluetooth and located the USB port, etc. I know this took extra time on Shane's behalf, Shane is obviously very well versed on his Infiniti product. I would most definitely recommend Infiniti of Nashua to people that i know looking to buy a new car. More
