SCREWED VETERAN This place sucks! Laid down $11k for a truck and 4 hrs later the engine blew up! Called these xxxxxxxx at least 20 times and never called me back. Th This place sucks! This place will and did screw over a retired veteran of his hard earned money and didn't have the integrity to make things right with me. Figured since I was 3 hrs away that I would not do or say anything. I hope all you veterans will back your brother in arms and stay away from this place in buying your next vehicle because they will not hesitate to screw you over the same way. They could have at least given me the courtesy to call me back and try to work with me but instead chose to totally ignore my phone calls. Paul and Scott you are worthless pieces of crap and no veterans should ever trust your xx story about your being in business for over 40 yrs. You do not screw over veterans who defended your right to have a business in this country or you will be dealt with in only the way you know how. And that's with spreading the facts about how your worthless company has stood for nothing all these years. I will contact the Attorney Generals Office as well as the BBB about your refusal to make things right with me as a customer and a hard working Disabled Veteran. And I will contact local organizations about your treatment of me. Shame on you Paul & Scott for not even having the backbone to call me back. And the 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac with only 134k miles was not properly checked out and you know that if a qualified tech would've known what he or she was doing they would've caught the problem and prevented the engine from blowing up. If I could rate you a zero star on all facets of the service you provided I would. But unfortunate I hope veterans take my comments and echo them to support a brother. More

Great Fast Experience, Excellent Work! Walked in and told the nice man at the front desk what I was there for and he jumps up goes over to get someone. About 2 mins later he walks in with a technician who sits down with me and asks me what all I need. I tell him an inspection and off he goes. All I know is that he was back before I knew it and even cleaned my car for me. Great, Friendly, and extremely clean business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GOOD SERVICE!!! More

They DO NOT keep their word I cosigned for a friend to get him into a car. They require him to have way more insurance than Texas requires by LAW. They sold him a car that was worth about a thousand dollars saying he could trade it in in 4 months if he made timely payments. He has. His loan has not dropped since he has been paying, Its now been 7 months and when he goes up to talk about trading it in NO ONE helps him. They ignore him and eventually he gets tired of waiting and leaves. He has had major mechanical issues with the car since he bought it. They made sure he could test drive it and drive off the lot but that was it. His salesman was DJ. He lied about the trade in in four months and from what I have seen this happens a lot there. This place is horrible and DFW offers tooo many car lots to settle for this crap. Go somewhere else. More

First of all, they sold me a car that was hit in the front and the frame was bend. Never did they once tell me that information. And that's against the law u must disclose that info when selling a car to someone.The car is not safe to drive and I be weaving front side to side. The managers ignore my calls but they just don't no I will shut there xxxxx down. I put 3000 down and traded my vehicle for this piece of junk car that I have now. Don't accept "we owe you" from this place at all! First off Paul was our salesman in my opinion he gives used car salesman's a bad rep! I gave 3,000 dollars down on 9,000 dollar car and when I got the finance papers I was getting finance for 9,000 dollars being that I had the cash and I didn't have time to shop around him and his finance department took full advantage of us in desperation. The part that really showed how they don't stand by there product is when they gave us A promise to replace document stating that they would replace a sensor for the AC which would potential he had been a dealbreaker but they promised and signed documents saying they would replace it four months down the road and all we get is excuses and lies saying that the part is on back order from Nissan which we know is not true! More

World class scammers If you believe any of these positive reviews you are straight crazy they have over 100 negative reviews embedded on Yelp - they conned me into signing If you believe any of these positive reviews you are straight crazy they have over 100 negative reviews embedded on Yelp - they conned me into signing these contracts using all kinds of false statements kept me at the dealership so long that I became very tired and did not properly read the contracts if you think a contract that allows them to repossess your vehicle at WILL regardless if you pay on time is a great dealership then you will love these guys if you like paying 129% more than the advertised price then bingo these guys are great by the time they got thru manipulating numbers the advertised $8,000 car was 25,000 dollars we are now suing them to invalidate this contract. More

I got an amazing deal on my new Acura I absolutely can not believe the deal I got from this place. They had the most wonderful Acura TL there that was 2,000 less than any other one like it I absolutely can not believe the deal I got from this place. They had the most wonderful Acura TL there that was 2,000 less than any other one like it in the metroplex. I came in with cash money and Bob made it happen in an hour. It was so easy and hassle free. They have some super nice cars for really good prices if you're looking to buy. I highly recommend you shop here!! More

Terrible service Garbage service! I have been waiting two and a half hours just to see a car also drove an hour and a half to see if and I am still waiting for a sales Garbage service! I have been waiting two and a half hours just to see a car also drove an hour and a half to see if and I am still waiting for a salesman to see me. This is the worst dealership I have ever came across. These guys are lucky I am extremely interested in the car otherwise I would have left a long time ago. Do not go to this dealership if you are limited on time!! They also are seeing other customers that have gotten here later than I arrived and I still have not been helped about to be 3 hours. More
