Andrew made the actual lease process move along pleasantly and efficiently. The service area team has changed over the past year or so and is now much easier to work with and I feel much more confidant when bringing my car in for service. This is key because I was getting ready to go to look at other dealerships and other car companies looking for reliable service. The turn around in the service area kept me at my local Ford dealer. Sandie was key in maintaining my patience and her willingness to help straighten out some unpleasant experiences resulted in the correction of my service issues. Now the new service team treats me well and the service is explained well and i appreciate a heads up on what my vehicle will ned when the next round of service is due.
