Bad customer service. Had an awful experience this place. From the service advisor to time of repair to waiting for vehicle pickup. Was told 2 days for repair. Got vehicle back. Was still not deduced. Had to wait another week for repair to get fixed. Service advisor was rude. Not helpful at all. I had to get manager on involved. Finally got it fixed when he was involved. Kind of sad. I had hi hopes for this place based on prior services. Not sure if I'll go back. More

My first bad experience Just a few weeks after my 100,000 service I get an engine light. Tried to call Mercedes roadside at 2am and got no answer. Finally got my car in three Just a few weeks after my 100,000 service I get an engine light. Tried to call Mercedes roadside at 2am and got no answer. Finally got my car in three days later. I was told they would need it for a week. Finally got the fix done and had to take a day off work to pick up my car only to get there and find they had killed my battery. This was more than troubling as I was leaving town. At least they let me keep the loaner to go and not worry if my battery would die on me while I was out. I'm glad they fully charged and doubled checked my battery would be fine when I finally got back to get my car. The battery is original and eight years old and still kicking! More
Excellent first experience. I bought my 2008 E350 from another dealership about 2 weeks earlier. The car's message system told me it had been about 1 year since its last oil chan I bought my 2008 E350 from another dealership about 2 weeks earlier. The car's message system told me it had been about 1 year since its last oil change so I made an appointment & took it to M-B of Sacrament for this service. A left front marker light had burned out and my additional request to have the bulb replaced was easily handled. The service, along with a wash & vacuum, was completed in about 90 minutes The lobby area was very comfortable work waiting. My sincere thanks to everyone. More

We could not be happier with the attention to detail and outstanding customer service! We refuse out right to have our vehicle in any other location unless recommended by either of the mentioned individuals! Then why only initially 4 Stars you ask, reason being, the "survey call back team" called my phone "one" time leaving a call back number they could be reached! Honestly, any outfit can call a leave a message! I really expected that Mercedes Benz would at least try one or possibly two more times to contact me if they truly were serious about my issues with the relentless windshield cracking on my 2014 S550 but I guess not! Regular service I was checked in quickly and professionally. My car was ready as promised. They also provided me with a loaner as I had no one to pick me up or bring I was checked in quickly and professionally. My car was ready as promised. They also provided me with a loaner as I had no one to pick me up or bring me back. What I really love about the loaner is that it is a Mercedes so I don't have to relearn the dash. It was an easy experience. More
