Cindy Castelow, owner of ML, took time out of her busy day to stop and chat for a few minutes.( I was just there for service on my car, not to buy a new one.) I dare say that doesn't happen very often at other dealerships. Thanks, Cindy! Jamie Blevins, the service department consultant, is always very courteous and helpful. He makes every effort to schedule appointments to fit my schedule. He takes time to explain the service work done to the vehicle and to answer my questions. Found the mystery noise I bought my wife a 2016 Ford Edge. We love the car, but from day one it made a loud wind noise. We took the car back to the local Ford dealer where p I bought my wife a 2016 Ford Edge. We love the car, but from day one it made a loud wind noise. We took the car back to the local Ford dealer where purchased and they told us that all of these models made that noise and there was nothing they could do about it. Even kept it for a whole day, acknowledged there was an issue and couldn't figure out what it was. Someone suggested that since it was a Ford, to take it to the local Lincoln Mercury dealer in town as they worked on Fords and could do the warranty work if necessary. We made an appointment with Mullinax, which is right across the street from my office. They not only diagnosed the problem in an hour, but called me to test ride in it to confirm they had fixed it. They ordered a part on recall from Ford and told me they would keep the work ticket open for when it came in. They were not only extremely courteous and friendly, but the techs are knowledgeable and they didn't even charge me for a minor repair - removing a fiberboard shield that was making the noise and covered the transmission pan. Will definitely be bringing this vehicle to them for service for the balance of its life with us!! More
