When spending a significant amount of money on a new vehicle, it was important for my husband and I to really love the car we choose, and also feel comfortable with the person we would buy it from. We trusted Joe with knowing the right answers to all of our questions and his thoroughness was really what brought us to our ultimate purchase. We drove a handful of cars until we could zero in on the exact match for our needs. Joe's mission was to find out what worked best for us (the customer) and that was evident throughout the entire sales process. It was clear to see that Joe had great pride in his job and showed loyalty to his company and employers at all times. We enjoyed meeting the General Manager, Dash, and we even drove his demo as a possible car for us. I felt as the dealership GM, Dash was very flexible, quick to answer any questions or concerns we had, and let us know, through Joe, that he wanted our present and future business. These are impressive qualities to possess for anyone in the automobile sales business. We worked with Ryan to go through the financial paperwork. He was quick, funny and easy to talk to. I was impressed with how he included my 10-year-old daughter in our conversations while guiding us through the purchase. Following the sale, Dash and Joe were excited to let us choose some accessories to bring home with us… Including my daughter (who left feeling so special)! I then met Yenas, who went over the dashboard instructions with me and answered any other question I had regarding the vehicle. I set up a an appointment with him to come to my home and explain how to work the garage door buttons as well as a full overview of the vehicle. If this isn't full service… I don't know what is! I can honestly say this is been my favorite purchasing experience of any vehicle ever! More

Worst experience I ended up returning a car that I leased within the 72 hours because I was not shown what features the car did and did not have. I was so quickly rush I ended up returning a car that I leased within the 72 hours because I was not shown what features the car did and did not have. I was so quickly rushed through the process and something didn't feel quite right. No one would go through the lease with me and explain what everything meant. Clay told me that he is a car salesman and doesn't know what the numbers mean. I told Clay I have never leased a car and asked that he go over what makes a lease different. He never said that with a 700+ credit score that the interest rate is going to be 14% and that there is a $300 fee to return the car at the end of the term. I could go on. When I got home, I realized the car didn't even have cruise control among other things and I was told by Ken that it did have home link when in fact it didn't. When I tried to return the car, Clay ignored my text messages and ignored me at the dealership when I would ask questions. The finance guy would not call me back about getting my money down back. I had to continue to follow up. My check was ready for two days before I heard anything. They only treat you like a human being when they think you're buying something. They don't care if it's the best deal for you or not. Clay was so desperate to make a sale at month end that he got sloppy and careless and let the deal fall through. I tend to get a new car every one to two years and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I felt so rushed, taken advantage of and ignored at the end of the process. I will be picking my check up today and never coming back. I will make sure I tell as many people about this experience as possible. Please stay away! Go to the other Land Rover dealership. More

Last week I traded in m I've been servicing my 08 LR3 at Denver Land Rover for the past 2 years and the communication & service has always been great. Last week I traded in my 2008 LR3 for a 2014 LR4. Going in I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase, however due to the excellent trade in value and reduced purchase price for the LR4 I ended up buying that day. I must say Miguel Moran was the best salesman I've ever encountered! He was wonderful to work with and at no point did I ever feel pressured. Miguel made the entire process actually enjoyable! Also, the finance dept was great and made the process seamless, thanks! Great Job Miguel and Denver Land Rover! More
