FANTASTIC experience at Flagship! I just purchased a pre-owned B-Class electric Mercedes at Flagship and had a FANTASTIC experience. My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagsh I just purchased a pre-owned B-Class electric Mercedes at Flagship and had a FANTASTIC experience. My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagship over the years and told me if I was looking for a Mercedes I HAD TO go there and HAD TO ask for Julia (Julialisa Papagno). She said Julia "gets it done" and makes the process quick and painless. She was so right. When I received an alert that the car I wanted was available at Flagship, I called Julia in the morning and made an appointment to test drive that afternoon. The car was great and Julia was very knowledgeable about it. I decided on the spot to buy it. I dread the car buying negotiation process so I appreciate Herb Chambers' Smart Pricing (i.e., no-haggle). Based on my research, their price was fair and you can't beat the convenience. Julia pulled together the paperwork right away and the Finance manager processed everything quickly. When I said I'd have to wait until the weekend to pick it up so I could get a ride, Julia offerred to have someone from the dealership pick me up the next day instead. Really nice touch (Skip was super friendly on the ride). When I got back to the dealership, they had already dealt with my insurance agent, processed my registration, gotten my news plates and detailed the car. Julia greeted me with a dozen roses (!) and then the Product Concierge, Chris Kosivas, walked me through the functions of the car and sent me on my way. So, about 24 hours after walking into Flagship, I drove out in the exact car I wanted, at a fair price. It almost seemed too easy! Even though I bought one of their less expensive models, they treated me like a VIP. I would definitely recommend Flagship, and Julia specifically, to anyone. More

I convinced my husband , a long time Lexus guy to go to Flagship and he was very impressed . From Julia in sales, Fantastic lady who found the perfect car for both my husband and myself . Chris took the time to show us every little thing in the cars with such a soft mannerism. Justin in finance, great guy found the best deal. And of course , Danny in Service , the best ! Danny gets me in and out as fast a possible. Treats everyone with white glove. I love this team... they truly exemplify how to work together to produce the best results. Great Sales Team. Fabulous. We found a pre-owned online that was at Flagship Motors - although we live about an hour away. We called to find out if the car was available. The answer was yes, but we had limited time to drive up to see it. So Karl Becker drove it down to us! Karl was great. Easy to talk to and straightforward to work with. We decided to purchase the car; Karl had the paperwork done in 48 hours. Flagship decided that the brakes and tires were not up to speed and put in new ones, and Karl drove the car down, once again, to our front door and dropped it off. The process could not have been easier or smoother. Flagship followed up with emails to ensure that we were satisfied. The whole experience, on our end, has been fabulous. Couldn't recommend Flagship, or Karl, more highly. More

I have always serviced my cars there (thanks Dan Smith!), and now I will buy them there, too! My feedback: Sean Bresnahan was an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with. To give you a little background, I live on the north shore and work in Boston, so I have the joy of Rt. 1 traffic/travel daily. Years ago, I was in the market for my first Mercedes. I stopped at flagship years ago, but had wasn't able to get to where I needed to be on my purchase. I was referred to another salesperson at another dealership. That salesperson’s knowledge, guidance and ability to make a deal happen was amazing. I bought three cars from him- 2 ML 350’s and then a GLE 350. Following a recent car accident (my Mercedes truly saved my life), I stopped in to look around at Flagship. I met Sean. He was knowledgeable and helpful on my first visit. In the days/weeks ahead, he was what I call in my business “pleasantly persistent”… Never an annoying pushy salesman trying to make a sale, but there to help me as I needed it and also smart enough to make sure I wasn’t slipping away to a competitor. When I was finally ready to make a decision, I had pricing from two dealerships and Sean made things slightly more attractive than the competitor (along with the fact he listened and got me the car/features I wanted). It was because of Sean I chose not to “play the game” any further and push on prices. Along with the car value, I saw value in the relationship and truly appreciate it. I have given his name to two colleagues already and plan to do the same many more times. Lastly, aside from the buying experience, Sean always presented as a polished, well spoken, thoughtful and polite professional. He was accommodating at all times and respectful of my time (of which I have very little). On one visit that I had my 6 year old son with me, he was great with him and got us in and out with information quickly. Almost every salesperson I encounter at some point has that “push me away” moment that we probably have all experienced. It never happened with him. Good job to whoever hired him. More
