Real friendly at first and was told I was pre-approved but when I called with questions- was rushed with my answers and trying to get off the phone with me! Now I am not so sure I should go here with my business! Any experience with them would certainly help to decide if I should just go somewhere else- which is where I am leaning right now!!! Right now I can't rate it good until I receive something positive! More

Finally caught a break, thanks to Jackson Auto East! I was turned down all over town by other dealerships, I found out my credit history was ZERO and nobody would take a chance on me with no credit. It was a hefty down payment but very reasonable monthly payments. I got the vehicle i needed and wanted. I needed someone to work with me and give me a break- these guys did that & put me in a reliable vehicle. I recommend you start with Jackson Auto East. If it can be done, they are the ones who will work hard and negotiate on your behalf. More

He knew his inventory and showed me 4 different vehicles to meet my requirements. I had a trade in and he worked within my time frame. He introduced me to others in the dealership and everyone was friendly and helpful The people there answer all my questions and were kind. They had financing for me within a day. More
