My sales associate Christian Bastidas was extremely helpful and made sure I got the model I wanted with the options I wanted. He even followed up after delivery to make sure I was happy! Chris Atwood in the finance department took my call when I had a question i needed answered before I signed my finance papers...it was his day off..I'm pretty sure he was on a boat when he took my call..answered my question..very professional..5 stars for Chris! When the car was delivered it was beyond my expectations! Before it left the dealership, Javier Villavicencio made sure my new S3 was "online" and properly prepped for delivery. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new Audi! These guys are like family! Super easy! Beyond satisfied!!! More

Stay away from this dealership! Stay away from this dealership, they have the worst service department. My Audi A4 2010 with only 90k mileage indicated yellow engine sign problem on Stay away from this dealership, they have the worst service department. My Audi A4 2010 with only 90k mileage indicated yellow engine sign problem on the dashboard it happened as I went through a huge water puddle (Miami rainy season). So I immediately took a car to a nearby Lakes Auto Center (great honest guys) the car was diagnosed with valve failure, head gasket and timing chain replacement. I called Audi dealership and they convinced me to bring the car for the second opinion. The biggest mistake. They kept my car for 4 days without telling me what's going on or giving me a loaner and then called and told me that I need to put a new engine($12k), or I should tow my car back to Lakes Auto Center. Henry and Richard gave me the worse attitude during the whole process. I felt absolutely helpless. Lexus next door was absolutely great. I love my Audi but after my experience in North Miami Prestige Auto I would never go back! Waist of time and money. Unless your car is under warranty stay away!! More
