Hello, Amanda - My sincere apologies that we had some confusion regarding the Bluetooth. I’ve spoken to both Frank & Guiseppe regarding this & they are upset as well. Everyone assumed it was included and no one verified that by inspecting the vehicle in advance. I’m investigating what options exist for us to help you with this & will be back to you & Gene with some things to consider. Giuseppe also feels badly for any misunderstanding. He indicates he wasn’t offering you a “gift card” but believed we could secure the Bluetooth after the fact for that amount and was offering to personally pay for it. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer & we never want that to occur over something that was totally preventable. Please allow me the opportunity to see how we can resolve this for you. Good Afternoon Mr. Young My name is Mike Nicosia and I’m the service manager here at Chapman DCLR where your vehicle was repaired. I have read your review and must apologize to you for the outcome . I would like to take the time to discuss what had taken place with your vehicle’s issue . Originally when your vehicle came into our facility you stated the passenger active headrest deployed on it’s own . At that point all we are permitted to do as a dealership is to report it to engineering and our district manager . They in turn will call out a special investigator to determine the outcome of the claim . After it was determined that we are to go forward on the repair we then special ordered the headrest on 11/16/16 which were on a back order with no arrival date .In the mean time without our knowledge Chrysler put an order in to be shipped to us direct . We did receive one on 2/14/17 but due to it not having been matched to a customers name we didn’t know who it was meant for . Mr. Young I take full responsibility for the mix up and would hope you wouldn’t take it against Chrysler Corp or Chapman DCJR . These issues rarely occur and we do take our customers time and concerns into full consideration . I am glad your vehicle is now repaired and again I will say Mr. Young I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you .Also I would like to offer you a complementary oil change and tire rotation at your convenience on your next due service time .
