Shilo I own a 2006 Lexus IS350 that had a recall for an airbag. From the moment I pulled in they treated me like I had just purchased a brand new car. Shiloh got the paperwork quickly done and sent me out with a 2016 Lexus to drive until mine was repaired. They texted me when it was completed. I received my car back cleaned on the outside and with a full tank of gas. I wish customer service was as high a standard at other places as Lexus of Knoxville.
