The thing I appreciated most about the whole experience was that no one was pushy or made me feel pressured to make a decision. Everyone was genuine and personable. My family and I have also never been Ford people. We've had nothing but Chevy vehicles, so this was very new to us. I am in love with my Ford Fusion and would recommend this place to others. More

We were able to have everything for the purchase lined up ahead of time. This allowed us to make one trip to Eau Claire to purchase and take delivery of our vehicle, as well as trade in our other vehicle. Martin Salgado met us outside as we arrived and was very friendly. Our first new vehicle! My wife and I were looking for a vehicle that not only suited our needs but also my wife's tastes! And lastly the our full-sized dog kennel had to fit in the hatchback. Dennis helped us find all of this in a Lincoln MKX. The car of our dreams! After deciding on the MKX my wife chose the color and the interior. It took a couple days to get the car in but it was well worth the wait because it's a beautiful car! Dennis was very helpful throughout the entire process and we really appreciate his patience in trying to meet our needs. Truth is the MKX is my wife's car, but I drive it more than she does. 😀 More

Told him we were very interested, but wanted to think about it over the weekend. They were closed on Monday, so we called first thing Tuesday to say we'd take it. IT WAS SOLD!? To who? Rick Moore, the owner of Eau Claire Ford Lincoln! He bought it for another "business" he owns! BUT we could buy the now used vehicle without the rebate or 0% financing--ya right! What a joke! What a SNAKE! We will never do business with this place! I feel sorry for his employees. More
