A typical dealership experiance I have bought 3 new cars ( now 4 ) in the past 20 years. This one was know different. My intentions are always to look around, see what is in my price I have bought 3 new cars ( now 4 ) in the past 20 years. This one was know different. This time I had some credit challenges ad was more at thee dealerships mercy. As sson as you sit down it is as though you have decided to buy, they have the decided the car they want you to buy and game on. They did not disclose to me that the car THEY had chose for me was previously a Hertz rental. The car had a faint, and occasionally still does, odor of barf. Something I am sure they knew of. The car also has no floor mats. Now the good; They did get me an affordable monthly payment, and every one I dealt with was friendly not too pushy.It did not take too long, because the process started immediately, and I did, just like the other 3 times, drive off the lot in a new/used car. All in all it was, as stated in the title, a typical dealership experience with a friendly staff. More

Honest pressure-free salesmanship! I went to Universal Kia to just shop and check prices on comparable vehicles. I already had a used car that I was pretty sure I was going to buy at a I went to Universal Kia to just shop and check prices on comparable vehicles. I already had a used car that I was pretty sure I was going to buy at a different dealership, but thought I'd check Universal Kia before I finalized my decision. Im glad I did. My salesman Hal was awesome. I went in and told him I was looking for a reliable SUV and what my budget was. I had a very strict, low budget but Hal tried so hard to get as close to my budget as possible. I definitely presented him with a challenge. He showed me a couple different used vehicles and I test drove a couple. I did not feel pressured at all and Hal was very honest with me through the whole process. He did not try to upsell me but showed me options that included on budget, and slightly over budget. The entire process was easy and stress free. In the end, I settled on a used SUV that I LOVE. It is clean and drives like new. Just by looking at it, it doesn't look used at all. I left that day with a used vehicle with NO down payment (which no other dealership could do) and reasonable loan terms, and got the vehicle several thousand below KBB and MRP value. I definitely recommend this dealership. If you go there, ask for Hal. He was the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with!! More
